Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

The protection of your personal data is important to us. This Privacy Policy informs you about the personal data we collect when you use our website and Voice AI platform, the purposes for which we process it, and the rights you have.

When registering on our platform, we collect:

4.3 Telephony Services

When using our Voice AI services, the following data is processed:

  • Phone numbers (inbound and outbound)
  • Date, time and duration of calls
  • Call recordings (stored on Swiss servers)
  • Transcripts of conversations
  • Customer-configured content (System Prompts, Knowledge Base)

Important: All call recordings and data are stored exclusively on servers in Switzerland. Your data is not used for training AI models.

5. Purposes of Data Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

5.1 Contract Performance

  • Provision and operation of our Voice AI platform
  • Payment processing and invoicing
  • Customer support and technical assistance
  • Execution of commissioned telephony services

5.2 Legitimate Interests

  • Improvement and development of our services
  • Ensuring IT security
  • Fraud prevention
  • Assertion of legal claims

5.3 Legal Obligations

  • Compliance with tax law retention requirements
  • Compliance with regulatory orders

5.4 Consent

For certain processing activities (e.g., marketing newsletters), we obtain your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

6. Data Sharing

We only share your personal data with third parties in the following cases:

  • Service Providers: We work with carefully selected service providers who support us in delivering our services. These service providers process data exclusively on our behalf and are contractually obligated to comply with data protection regulations.
  • Legal Obligation: When we are legally required to do so or to enforce our rights.

Data Storage Location: All data is stored on servers in Switzerland. Should transfer to countries outside Switzerland or the EEA be required in exceptional cases, we ensure that an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed (e.g., through EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

7. Retention and Deletion

We store your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations:

  • Contract Data: For the duration of the business relationship and thereafter for the duration of statutory retention periods (typically 10 years under Swiss Code of Obligations).
  • Telephony Data: Call recordings are automatically deleted after 90 days unless longer retention is agreed or legally required.
  • Usage Data: These are deleted within 30 days after termination of the contractual relationship.

8. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction or alteration:

  • Encryption of data transmission (TLS/SSL)
  • Encrypted storage of sensitive data
  • Regular security audits
  • Access controls and authorization management
  • Hosting exclusively in Swiss data centers

Swiss Made: Our platform is fully hosted and operated in Switzerland. We do not use your data for training AI models.

9. Your Rights

Under the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and GDPR, you have the following rights:

You have the right to request information about whether and which personal data we process about you.

9.2 Right to Rectification

You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate data.

9.3 Right to Erasure

You have the right to request the deletion of your data, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your data.

9.5 Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

9.6 Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your data, particularly for direct marketing purposes.

  • We conclude a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with you that governs the details of processing.
  • We implement all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data.

Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with a Data Processing Agreement.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to adapt it to changed legal situations or changes to our services. The current version can always be found on our website. We will inform you separately of material changes.
