The Starter package (CHF 1,980 annually) includes full platform access, a Swiss phone number of your choice, all standard integrations, analytics, 100 free minutes per month and one hour of personal consulting that you can flexibly use for prompting, quality assurance, conception or go-live support.
Enterprise is for companies with higher demands: dedicated contact with direct extension, ticketing system, binding SLA, Swiss data residency or on-premise deployment, nFADP/GDPR compliance incl. data processing agreement, custom integrations into existing systems, whitelabel options as well as roadmap prioritisation. The offer is individual and is created in a personal conversation.
The Starter package includes 100 free minutes per month. Additional minutes are billed from 0.39 CHF — the larger the booked volume, the lower the price per minute. In the Enterprise package, conditions are individually agreed in the contract.
You decide how to use the consulting hour — we adapt to your needs. Typical applications are prompting optimisation, quality assurance, conception of your use case or go-live support. The hour is included in the Starter package.
